Donated Field Program Request Form – Homeport (Fall 2024)

Voyagers with financial need who would like to be considered for donated field programs (day only, no overnights) are encouraged to complete this form. Your response and information is kept confidential and will only be seen by the Field Office or other collaborating SAS staff. The Field Office cannot guarantee that voyagers who complete this form will be offered a donated program or that there will be donated programs available in each port. If a field program donation is offered to you by the Field Office you can choose not to accept it. Should you choose to accept a donated program your Shipboard account will not be charged for the cost of the program. ***Please note, voyagers that have received Field Allowance stipends as a part of an SAS Scholarship are not permitted to apply for donated programs.*** ***Should a student ‘no show’ for their donated program, they will be removed from future consideration.***

*Recipients of a scholarship that included a Field Allowance Stipend are not eligible for donated programs.
